The mission of the I-BFM AML committee is the improvement of outcome and quality of life of children and adolescents with acute myeloid malignancies by promoting and advancing knowledge and exchanging information. The I-BFM AML committee is an interface between the different national and international cooperative groups, the research teams and organizations focused on innovative treatment such as ITCC (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itcc-consortium.org\/\">Innovative Therapies for Children with Cancer<\/a>) and EUPAL (<a href=\"https:\/\/eupal.org\/\">EUropean Pediatric Acute Leukemia<\/a>) initiative.<\/p><p><strong>Scientific aims<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Facilitate and promote the exchange of information between cooperative groups, including preliminary results of clinical trials.<\/li><li>Support collaborative clinical trials, registries, and initiatives regarding innovation and early phase trials.<\/li><li>Promote and facilitate collaboration in scientific research projects.<\/li><li>Stimulate the exchange of discoveries between research groups and between researchers and clinicians.<\/li><li>Support young investigators working in the field of myeloid malignancies.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Open clinical trials<\/strong><\/p><p>The I-BFM AML committee is not a sponsor of a clinical trial by itself.
